You have :
  • A strong technical sourcing/talent profiling experience gained within an agency or corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated the ability to think creatively and critically relatively to finding talent.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to details.
  • Ability to work under significant pressure with challenging deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience in hiring Network and Security IT profiles.
  • A high level of influence, the ability to change the mind of passive candidates, which can change hiring manager’s decisions.
  • A confident mindset and a credible speech that goes with it.
  • Excellent listening skills, an open mind set, the ability to see obstacles as opportunities.
  • A deep empathic ability & a developed sense of humor.
  • The desire to become a career coach for our IT consultants.
  • Customers’ & results – oriented mentality
  • The ability to bring clarity in ambiguous situations, define requirements, advise/consult and push back when required.

Functie omschrijving



Day-to-Day
 
As key member of the sourcing team, you lead the recruitment process, organize and prioritize the job opportunities. You act as ambassador as you are the first contact with our partners and candidates. You must thrive in the hunt, and be eager to develop a strong network. You identify the right talents and companies within the industry. You’ll cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting strategies which promote direct & innovative methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline exceptional candidates for Proximus SpearIT.
 
Job tasks
  • Coordinate the SpearIT Sourcing agenda by coordinating the team activities and ensuring the Talent Sourcing team has correctly prioritized his tasks.
  • Be the contact person for the business leaders (up to MT level).
  • Lead and manage the hiring activity, for permanent candidates as well as for freelance candidates.
  • Support in defining the procurement strategy.
  • Gather IT market intelligence & knowledge. Map our competitors and deliver data driven insight.
  • Manage recruiting operations in close partnership with recruiters/human capital developers.
  • Help to build and promote the Proximus Spear IT employer brand.
